It's interesting that the making of Avatar must have begun before very many if any actual extrasolar planets were discovered. We're now up to about 430-ish extrasolar planets, and a few new ones are added every week. For technical reasons, most of the ones we are finding are gas giants, like Pandora's primary that appears so often in it's sky in the film! It's like reality mirroring good films, such as the discovery of the very large Utahraptor around the same time as "Jurassic Park" came out and showed large raptors on the screen.

A couple of extrasolar planets have even been found with possible methane in their atmospheres, which should not be there unless it's being replenished...... just saying.

I have the same idea with Cameron. About a year ago. I was going to make a comic about humans invading other planet, and the alien is the main character. The human is the villain. But I was stuck on the question "how could they interact? English?how come? how could one of the human helps the alien without showing their true forms?" So I was pending the idea and do the another plan.

But when I see that James Cameron made this movie, my upset level was only... 5%??? Yes, we accidentally have the same basic idea, but James Cameron could make it into perfection! And I was happy that I've canceled my comic. Someone who's more talented could turn this simple idea into a heart pounding masterpiece. I was so touched and happy when I saw how awesome this movie could be.No words could describe my feelings about this movie. It's more than AWESOME. It's everything.

In another masterpiece of fantasy world, could this kind of technology could turn a WARCRAFT novels/game into movies? what the result will be like? For fantasy fans, can you imagine?? Although I'm not sure it could exceed Avatar without the touch of James Cameron. But... is it posibble to make Warcraft movies with all CGI in it?? I bet it would be so impressive!!

Any WARCRAFT fans out there think the same way? 'Coz the 1st things that made me wanna watch Avatar is its artwork (colors) which the flying creature remind me of Puck the Fairy Dragon. And the Na'vi remind me of Night Elf (but better).
