Wishin this was real

This Movie was amazing. There wasnt a part that i wasnt totally imersed in the story and the visuals. I really wish that there were really a species like the Na'vi. They make the human race look like monsters. Unfortunately, we wont find life life out there in my lifetime, what a shame.

I would like to sharpen this fact: We can be like Na'vi. We just need to make it happen. There is still hope and goodness among us.i'm sure we will find life out there, but it is different whing what kind of life. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

I cannot recall the name of the man, but a theory exists describing parallel universes and how a place such as Pandora does actually exist, along with the Na'vi. I was thinking, ever since experiencing Pandora, how the theory pertains to the reality of the Avatar universe. Does a universe exist because we have created it with our imagination? Or is our imagination influenced by actual alternate universes? I won't hold my breath for either but I do believe the possibilities are endless to what we can accomplish and to what there actually is that we have not discovered yet. Do you find this valuable? |

Okay since everyone in some of these related topics talk about this(About how they would be a Na'vi and learn the ways)Well lets just make it happen make a website for people to sign up for a petition or something learn the language gather up money buy some land in Australia and make the movie come to life. but it will be hard, really hard. I'm 13 and I've been having this kind of feeling since the movie but I'm still young and have to wait. So older people that have the freedom make this happen I'm begging you. BTW I want to be an astronaut, because I want to be the first one to create an intersteller space craft that can travel light years away to find a planet similar to Pandora or just one that can support life. Please. Do you find this valuable? |

I know many things that probably inspired the design in this movie. But James Cameron and his team made it so great and combine them perfectly. The colorful creatures at night at the Bioluminescenes stuff inspired from the underwater sea life. The worshiping tree where people gatter round the holy tree where there sitting and make certain worship/dancing moves... it looks like a Kecak Dance from Bali. You'll know it when you heard the O.S.T that you could hear a little bit of Bali ethnic instruments. The Na'vi inspired from myth creature Elf physical appearance, 3 meters tall with sharp ears. The color blue.... maybe near the purple like the Night Elf of Warcraft. The Na'vi nose and ears... lil' bit from animal (Lion). The culture, American Indian mixed african. The Na'vi nose remind me of old series Beauty and The Beast with Linda Hamilton and Ron Pearlman as casts. But wherever the inspiration came from, James Cameron had created his own Na'vi world of Pandora!! And it's very beautiful and perfect!! God, I really love this movie. This is the best movie ever for me :) Do you find this valuable? |

There are many, many more stars out there than the grains of sand on earth, and what's even more amazing, our brain has many, many more interconnections than the stars out there! We only use 10% per cent of our brain power... It's interesting, aye. Well, straight to the point, the likelihood of a race or planet being similar, or even the same as Pandora is very much likely, but we won't reach that planet within our lifetime... The Hubble Telescope discovered another earth like planet, they named it Gliese 581. It has two suns, I think, and you should see the artist's view of what it would look like if we were on Gliese 581... Pandora look-alike. Imagine, life on that planet is just beginning, whereas we have evolved already through millions of years... In a million years, they'll reach our current stage, whereas we'll probably be aliens by that time and start visiting them, and maybe one of us will crash and their government will keep it a secret. :P

It IS REAL!Look, we don't have another planet, or even probably a chance of looking for one in your lifetime. So we have this one-that's ALL we have. And those things are HERE. THink about this. James Cameron is an Earthling. So everything in his head, and his movie is based on things on this planet. Indigenous peoples still live. http://www.survivalinternational.org/uncontactedtribes But the corporations are gobbling them up faster than a high schooler eats poptarts. The biology, luminescent mushrooms, plants, bugs http://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://en.wikivisual.com/images/8/80/Glowing_tobacco_plant.jpg&imgrefurl=http://en.wikivisual.com/index.php/Bioluminescence&h=600&w=422&sz=83&tbnid=5Yu12fKV9NBXFM:&tbnh=135&tbnw=95&prev=/images%3Fq%3Dbioluminescent%2Bplants&usg=__aiaFsM1llgeGOP_364JHGSd3L7w=&ei=TlVmS9i7A4-Qtgf6uPGtBg&sa=X&oi=image_result&resnum=4&ct=image&ved=0CBgQ9QEwAw but again, with the corporate destruction of rain forests, light pollution, air pollution, water pollution, they may be gone before anyone's children get to see them. Seen a firefly lately? This Ewa is all we have. And she is sacred. There ARE connections between plants, animals and HUMANS if we listen. It IS real. So my best advice is, if you are young, travel to a 3rd world country, and then go to college, study biology, plants, plant medicine, indigenous cultures, environmental issues...pick one real cause, like the Penan, or the firefly, and do something to SAVE them. Change corporations by only shopping with truly environmentally sustainable companies. Don't buy anything in a plastic bottle. Or anything GMO'd. Vote with your dollars. Eat locally, seasonally and from someone you know, or better yet, be close enough to the land to grow your own food. Just a pot of basil or lettuce. That's a great start in getting to know our mother-Esti, Earth-Elohi. Hayv, Isa Do you find this valuable? |
