Spoiler alert: The movie Avatar is about the war in Iraq and how the US steal oil from mid-eastern countries. It is clearly written in the script to mimic real life. The sheeple are unaware of this and fill their heads with its propaganda.

Oh, I forgot, there was no propaganda associated with that glorious feat of American daring and intelligence, it's only propaganda if you happen not to agree with the point of view contained in the "message." Well, maybe we'll be really lucky and the "sheeple" will realize that we did the world a great service by "toppling Sadam Hussein"--forget the fact that we funded him for years, forget the fact that two million Irakis were displaced, that 4,400 Americans died for absolutely no reason, that tens of thousands--or is it hundreds?--of Irakis died or were wounded, that the country has devolved into civil war, and that George Bush managed to do the worst thing he could possibly have done with respect to our standing in the Muslim world--he did exactly what Osama Bin Laden openly stated he wanted the US to do: infuriate or rouse Muslims against the US and drain America's economy. Yeah, right, man those "sheeple" are stupid for falling for Cameron's propaganda. Thanks for alerting us to his far-left-wing, off-the-wall message. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

It amazes me how some people can't see the obvious after it has been pointed out to them. We all know what it's about and anyone else with their own ideas can spew all they want. Don't let them get to you Iknimaya.

Thank you, Darkah, that helps. I know, I shouldn't let such proof of gullibility get to me; I guess it's just further evidence that there is a cultural divide in this country that is becoming ever more heated--and alarming--every day. Thank goodness there's a creative genius out there (Cameron, his penchant for machismo notwithstanding) who can see the larger picture. I'm glad I'm not alone on this website for thinking so, for which I'm grateful. As Stephen Lang put it: "If you can learn to see, Pandora is paradise, and if you can't, it's Hell." I know exactly which side timmycameron would choose to be on, were he on Pandora.
