I have permission to post the artwork from the orignal creator , this website comunity has a place for all users and the homepage needs to be updated from time to time with new content , I have allways left your artwork in place and the main image has been there for a long time , I try to use imagry that relates "directly" to the film and everytime I change it you remove what I add, I allways give full credit to the orignal artworks creator and try and stay on theme with with James Camerons vision and what others relate to and see in the film , Is avatar a big game hunting film ? What is the first impression users get when they visit the site Are we respecting what James Cameron created ? Yes I have "orignal avatar artwork" but feel my tallent does not do the film justice.I will leave the homepage as it is and let other users opinions be heard. Allrock with all respect I just want to work with you on building and trying maintain a respectful homepage for this Avatar website. Allrock with all respect I did not mean to come off as strong as I did, I am a soldier in every respect a defender and fighter for everything I believe. I have a strong will and will fight to the end for what I believe in. By all means Please fell free to post what you want on the main page It can use a video scene along with what I have posted. Hey dispatch what ever that means you just signed up on this Avatar website, being the world is watching Please explain in detail why you are standing by allrock on this issue that you both say he has merit. I would like the homepage to feature content that a new user would see as "directly related to avatars story" you claim your artwork is orignal yet what I see is a background image taken from film artwork with your photo layered on top , To stay true with the film it has to be known that humans simply cant breath the air on pandora without a breathing mask this is part of the pandorapedia , I also wanted to update the links and provide more info that users would find educational, and intresting like a better history of the actors who stared in the film and side links on James Camerons reasons for creating the film in the first place , links on how people relate to the films story and in a second seprate section how Avatar and real world issues mesh.With Avatar 2 being released in 2014 any new info related to the upcoming film I would also provide new news that would keep people intrested, I have also created images using photoshop relation to avatar for example to create a Na'vi version of my face etc while intresting I feel that putting them on the homepage would not be in spirit of what James camerons story represented as I would be calling atension to myself in a way that is not in spirit with the films story as for an art contest that sounds like a great idea but I would not want to be the one judging it. we have so much competion in our sociaty today and even the losers art is often quite creative , If you want to manage the homepage please fix the page mesh so that things stack propery the wetpaint toolset is very clunky with this issue and is a struggle to use. who is dispatch123 ? 1 out of 1 found this valuable.
